Kiba the Dog needs a home

Kiba is a 2 1/2 year old, neutered male that came into rescue due to no fault of his own.  He is friendly to people and dogs but no idea how he would do with kitties.  Kiba is house broken, crate trained and LOVES to ride in the car.  He has had some basic obedience training but needs more work as he does have some issues with people personal space.  It was reported that he had some difficulty with an adult male (smoker with a full beard) in his former home but he has shown no issues here in rescue with the adult males in his foster home.  Kiba loves to play and needs a doggy playmate to keep his energy level down.  He is not an alpha dog and would really love a home where he can have his own person.  He was reported to be okay with children but I would not put him in a home with small children due to his lack of understanding people personal space. Our rescue consists of a group of dedicated volunteers that take German Shepherd Dogs into their homes and lives while the dogs and puppies are awaiting adoption. No salaries are paid to volunteers or anyone associated with the rescue. All funds collected go directly to the care of the dogs and puppies. We are in constant need of foster homes to allow us to save more dogs and puppies. Please consider being a foster home for a needy dog or puppy.
